Warranty

The standard legal warranty applies to all items sold by Rustikhaus. You are entitled to a reliable product that corresponds to the description. A product is defective if it is incomplete, damaged, defective or:
  •  If it does not function properly or cannot be used as described by the seller. As a buyer, you have the obligation to ask the seller if the product is suitable for your intended use.
  • If you receive an unreliable product, you are entitled to a free repair or a new item. You cannot always choose between a free repair or a new item, as Rustikhaus reserves the right to offer a repair instead of a new delivery.

Should a warranty claim arise within a reasonable time, provided the product has been used for its intended purpose, Rustikhaus will resolve the matter. Please note that weather-related damage is not covered by the warranty.

Accordingly, this is not a damaged or non-functioning item. Please contact your insurance company to resolve this matter. Please contact our customer service department to make a warranty claim.

If the problem is covered by the standard legal warranty, Rustikhaus will resolve the issue by providing you with the most appropriate solution, either by supplying replacement parts, a partial refund, or a brand new product.
